The Consortium is holding its AGM and Annual Conference at the Met Hotel in Leeds on Saturday 22nd January 2011. Please complete the following form to book your place. Joining instructions and maps to the venue will be sent prior to the event, together with an opportunity to book your workshops.

Parking at the venue is restricted, therefore please only select parking if necessary. Parking will only be available for delegates with access requirements. Further information on other parking will be provided in the joining instructions.
Please only select this option if you would not be able to travel to the event without a bursary. Travel bursaries are limited; if you select this option we will contact you with further information on the bursaries scheme.
