London's LGB&T young people: Exploring opportunities to engage in local democracy
The Consortium is holding an exciting event for LGBT young people on Saturday 5th March exploring how to engage in local democracy, and have a bigger voice in London's development. Taking place at The University of the Arts Student Centre, the activity - run in partnership with the Osmo group - will consist of feeding back on resources and a video workshop giving young people the opportunity to produce and storyboard a film from an LGBT youth perspective.
Not only will this event enable young peopleto try out new ways of working together and develop their video skills, it will also help to provide critical feedback to key agencies on how they can better include and work with LGBT young people across the capital and beyond.
