Values

LGBT Consortium exists to see a vibrant, viable and valued LGBT Voluntary and Community Sector

The following values underpin all our work:

• Unique— we support the development of the sector, not duplicate work within it
• Wanted—we are no organisation without the support of our Members
• Needed—we must always remain mandated by our Members
• Inclusive—our communities are diverse; Consortium must reflect this and be accessible to all Members

Following extensive consultation with our broad Membership, LGBT Consortium will achieve this vision and values through our mandated Member mission, which is detailed on the "Our Focus" page of the site.
